So after a week off, Wallpaper Wednesday returns with a ode to the most famous computer in history HAL-9000. I have been wanting to do a HAL themed wallpaper for a while and this will probably be the first of many that I do. Since I was young I have been a fan of 2001: A Space Odyssey and it’s subsequent films and books. The whole idea fascinates me and HAL was the most fascinating of them all. The events that follow the 2010 story line make HAL even more interesting. If you have not read past 2010, go get yourself a copy of 3001: The Final Odyssey. It is well worth it.
